Case Study Hospitality Prachuap Khiri Khan

Challenge

The 24-hour operation required seamless cooling throughout construction. Coastal conditions demanded durable materials and precise engineering. The project also involved relocating the chiller plant and coordinating across multiple contractors in both existing and new build zones.

Solution

Three new high-efficiency water-cooled chillers were installed. EPC works covered the full airside system (AHU, FCU, OAU) and chilled water distribution network. The BOT model included a 20-year guarantee for chilled water cost and total plant efficiency.

Outcome

The project remains on schedule. 21% energy savings are guaranteed even with higher cooling loads. The upgraded system delivers long-term reliability, efficiency, and uninterrupted operation across the entire resort.
